Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Oh Polly fit, but if something isn't right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with tags attached and the hygiene seal intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Select Return Method

  Choose your preferred shipping carrier and decide whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are removed, and attach the pre-paid or generated returns label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to your nearest post office or drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed by our team.
